Art Commission Terms & Conditions
Hey there! Please take a moment to read through these terms before we get started.
They help keep things smooth and clear for the both of us.1. Payments• Payment is required upfront before I start working on your commission.• Payment via PayPal only, and all prices are in USD.2. How To Place Order• After you reach out, I’ll give you a google form to specific the details for your piece.• After I accepted your request, we can communicate you on your preferred social media.3. Commission Process• A rough sketch and base color stage will be provided to you.• Feel free to revision during this two stages. Excessive changes after is not accepted.4. Delivery & Timing• Delivery times vary based on the complexity of your commission and my current workload. I’ll give you an estimate when we agree on the details.• You’ll receive your final piece as a high-quality digital file (e.g., PNG or JPEG)• Once it’s done, I’ll send it to you through your preferred email or platform.5. Copyrights• I keep the copyright to the artwork. Posting is no problem, as long as I'm credited.• Client may NOT edit, trace, or sell the art without my permission.• Commercial usage of a personal commission is NOT allowed.• I will share the artwork on my social media, unless you prefer I keep it private.6. Cancellations & Refunds• Once I start working, I don’t do refunds nor cancellation.• If you cancel after I’ve already started, no refund will be provided, I will still finished my work to the final.7. Your Role• Please make sure to give me the fullest detailed information when placing your order.• Feel free to send over references, color palettes, and a description of what you're expecting.• Please be clear and prompt when making requests or changes, avoid unnecessary delays.8. Right to Refuse• I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason, including but not limited to:• Requests involving inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content.• If the commission is beyond my skill set or something I’m not comfortable with.9. Privacy• Your personal information will stay private and only be used for the commission.10. Liability• Once the commission is delivered, it’s your responsibility to use it as you wish.• If there’s an error in the final piece due to unclear instructions or lack of communication from you, I’m not liable to fix it.11. By Commissioning Me• By agreeing to the terms above, we’re both on the same page! If anything comes up or if you have any questions, feel free to ask before or during the commission process.
